Showbiz reported Ogie Diaz has confirmed that former couple Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla have talked about their issues and fixed them. However, this did not translate to reconciliation.
In the new video of Diaz, he shared that the reconciliation is no longer possible as Bernardo is now taken. The showbiz reporter furthered that he’s been bugging Lucena Mayor Mark Alcala last year to drop the real status of their relationship.
Who is Lucena Mayor Mark Alcala?
He is Mark Don Victor Benitez Alcala, and he became mayor at the age of 26, succeeding his father, Roderick Alcala. He is the youngest mayor of Lucena. He was the Youth Ambassador of the Local Youth Development Council and was the executive assistant for support services under the City Mayor’s Office.
He finished a BS degree in Business Management at De La Salle University and played for his university as a varsity player. He was officially proclaimed as Lucena City’s mayor on May 10, 2022.
Last year, talks about him pursuing the actress were confirmed by various sources, but the two were firm in maintaining their silence about their real score. In the recent video of Diaz, he stopped bugging the mayor as he received no response at all in the few times he attempted to have him talk about it.
“Hindi ito confirmed. Basta ito lang yung nakarating sa akin,” said Diaz, referring to the information from his source about Bernardo and Alcala being together officially. Moreover, as per his source, the actress was already taken in December.
He just took the mayor’s silence as a sign of “yes” assuming that he wanted the relationship private, just like how his other relationships with famous public figures were. As much as we all know, Kapuso actress Ashley Ortega was his ex-girlfriend.
