Will Kris Aquino have more public appearances?
A Kapamilya executive teased that people will see more of Queen of all Media Kris Aquino soon.
Kris earned her moniker Queen of all Media during the time when she was so visible on TV, movies, and endorsements. She did hit TV shows on ABS-CBN for many years.
The actress-host had to take a break from the entertainment when she got sick. She had to go to the US for his medical treatments and she stayed for more than two years.
In September last year, Kris Aquino returned to the Philippines, and this made her Pinoy fans so happy, and those who have been praying for her recovery and her showbiz comeback.
Last year, it was reported that Kris will do a show on ABS-CBN. However, this did not push through because her body was not yet ready. Just recently, Kris even shared in her Instagram post sharing an update about her health that it was confirmed that she now has her 7th autoimmune disease. In the same post, she also confirmed that she is now single.
On February 24, Kris had her first public appearance for the longest time. She attended the People Of The Year 2025 Awards Nights to show support for her close friend, fashion designer Michael Leyva, who was one of the awardees that night.
Kris’s public appearance made her fans happy. Based on the article in Abante, Kris did not go inside the ballroom of the Fairmont Hotel Makati, where the awarding ceremony was held, and she just walked the red carpet.
At the red carpet, Kris had the chance to talk to Ms. Joanne Rae Ramirez, one of the organizers of the awards night who is also close to the Aquino family.
It was said that people were excited to see Kris at that event, but because of her health, they avoided getting too close to her.
