Maymay Entrata admits this “insecurity”
Kapamilya singer-actress Maymay Entrata shared the reason why she would not want to undergo rhinoplasty.
Maymay has come a long way since she started her career in the Philippine entertainment industry through the Kapamilya reality show Pinoy Big Brother. From that, she was given many acting projects.
This year, Maymay shared that she would be focusing more on her music career. Aside from her music and acting career, Maymay also has several endorsement projects.
Just recently, a press conference was held for Maymay Entrata’s new endorsement project for a skincare product, based on the article in The Philippine Star.
The singer-actress admitted that when it comes to her looks, she also has insecurities. It is not about her skin. “Hindi po sa acne, pero sa ilong, opo,” Maymay said, stressing that this is true.
She is thankful that she was given good skin and she is also good at taking care of her skin. However, Maymay does not want to do something with this insecurity. She is not open to doing a cosmetic enhancement and it is because of what her mother said to her.
“Kasi sabi ng nanay ko, ‘Hindi na kita anak kapag nagpa-Rhinoplasty ka,’ so sabi ko, ‘No, hindi po!’,” Maymay Entrata said. She also said that she never tried going under the knife.
The singer-actress even said, “Ay hindi po! Kung gusto n’yo, hawakan n’yo po.” She also stressed that this is especially true when it comes to her face because it is quite obvious.
Meanwhile, Maymay Entrata also denied in a social media reply to a netizen that she used autotune in a performance. The singer-actress even said that there was a part she incorrectly sang which showed that there was no autotune.
