VIRAL FOOTAGE – Netizens reacted and showed concern on the woman who was hit-and-run by a motorcycle in Commonwealth Avenue.
What makes hit-and-run different from the bumping scenarios on the road is that the driver goes away and leaves the responsibilities. Whether the person bumped is on the right or wrong, still there must be settlement and investigation.

[In the traffic rule, though there is a traffic light, if there is also a traffic officer, the one to be followed is the traffic officer. When the officer signals go, crossing should not be done anymore. The people should know this.]
Renato Bañas Bermillo commented:
[The woman is already in the zebra line (pedestrian lanes) and was still bumped. Other drivers really have no discipline.]

[The fairview general is already near there hopefully she was brought there to be checked.]
