According to a report, Archie Alemania is no longer a part of “Widow’s War”.
Actor-comedian Archie Alemania is allegedly terminated in “Widow’s War” after Rita Daniela filed a complaint against him.
Kapuso actress Rita Daniela filed acts of lasciviousness complaint versus actor-comedian Archie Alemania and in her affidavit complaint, she revealed in detail the events that led her to this. She filed it before the Office of the City Prosecutor in Bacoor City on Wednesday, October 30.
The singer-actress, based on her statement, revealed that it all started during the Thanksgiving party Bea Alonzo held for the people of “Widow’s War”.
Although it was late already, she managed to be present and since she came in late, Alemania was one of those who were already drunk. Upon seeing her, his first words were about how desirable she was that night. It was then followed by another incident where she was singing with another artist and Alemania was telling her partner to make advances on her and she did not like it. She felt uncomfortable.
However, this did not end at this point, he was able to persuade her to let him drive her home. In a previous article, Rita shared why she allowed Archie to drive her home despite the appropriate words he uttered prior. According to her, she thought he was already sober and was back to being the friend and big brother that he was to her.
While on the road, he caressed her on her neck and shoulders and when he was about to drop her off, he asked for a kiss from her and forced his way when she verbally refused. He even groped her chest and these things brought her trauma, hence, she decided to file a complaint.
After the complaint has been filed, it’s been reported that Alemania is no longer part of the GMA series “Widows’ War” and this is due to his alleged inappropriate behavior towards the singer-actress.
In Daniela’s affidavit citing Paragraph 41, it stated, “That I immediately reported the incident to GMA management, which acted promptly to remove the Respondent to ‘Widows’ War,’ as the unbearable trauma it caused me made it impossible for me to work with him.”
Despite his removal, she was advised to pursue filing a complaint.
As much as we all know, Daniela is Rebecca Palacios of the series, the central family of the story why Alemania played a supporting role.
