Content Creator Slams Cebu Pacific After Colleague’s Guitar Goes Missing, Saying, “Nawawala ung gitara“
A content creator criticized Cebu Pacific after her colleague’s guitar went missing, “Lagi na lang kayo may aberya”.
Recently, Wendy Pangan Villanueva, a Facebook user, shared her frustrating experience with Cebu Pacific after her colleague’s guitar went missing during a flight. The post spread like wildfire online and elicited comments from netizens.
Villanueva expressed her anger over the incident, emphasizing that this isn’t the first time something has gone wrong with the airline. She detailed how they carefully wrapped the guitars before their flight, bundling them together for protection.
Despite their efforts, only one guitar made it to their destination, while her colleague Reiner Espiel’s guitar was nowhere to be found.
The missing guitar caused huge inconvenience, especially since they had a sound check scheduled for 9 AM on Thursday (October 31, 2024). Wendy pointed out that they had wrapped the guitar securely, so it was puzzling why the airline removed the protective plastic.
The female content creator lamented that without the plastic, which contained the control number, there was no way to track where Reiner’s guitar ended up.
The incident shows the challenges travelers face with airlines, especially regarding the handling of musical instruments and fragile items. Many netizens have shared similar experiences with Cebu Pacific.
Cebu Pacific has been criticized for frequent mishaps, prompting calls for better care of passengers’ belongings. While the airline has yet to respond to the incident, it points out the importance of customer service and accountability in the travel industry.
Villanueva hopes for improvements to ensure that their belongings are treated with the utmost care in the future.

“CEBU PALPAC, lagi na lang…
Nawawala ung gitara ni Reiner Espiel pakshet ang hassle! Ni-bundle namin gitara ni Adeng and Reiner at ang tindi ng pagkakawrap namin. Bakit tinanggal ung plastic?? Gitara na lang ni Adeng ang lumabas saka ung sira-sirang plastic! Eh nasa plastic ung control number so ung gitara walang control number, saang destination mapupunta yun? Tatawagan daw kami eh 9AM may soundcheck kami
Cebu Pacific Air lagi na lang kayo may aberya!”
