Golden Boy Carlos Yulo tours his multi-million-worth condo.
CARLOS YULO CONDO – The two-time Olympic gold medalist finally received his fully furnished 3-bedroom unit from Megaworld Corporation.
Right after the Olympics, the life of Carlos Yulo changed big time after winning not just one but two Olympic gold medals. One of the incentives of Yulo as a two-time Olympic gold medalist is a Php 32-million fully furnished three-bedroom condominium from Megaworld Corporation, a property giant.
This was already the upgrade he got after snatching his second gold. Initially, it was just a two-bedroom condominium unit after winning his first gold in the floor exercise of Paris Olympics 2024. After getting his second gold, the gift up-sized to three-bedroom unit worth Php 32 million.
About the condo unit
For his golden feat in the said prestigious sports event, the space is dominantly in the shade of gold. The 100-square meter condo unit comes fully-furnished, interior-designed, and with essential appliances already. The appliances include a refrigerator, microwave oven, four-burner cooktop with oven, four smart televisions, and a game console.
It has a contemporary design with the touch of golden hues.
It has two balconies with the view of the McKinley township, its own parking slot, and a maid’s room with toilet and bath. A wall was decorated with framed newspaper front pages featuring his terrific achievement at the event.
Alliance Global Group president and chief executive officer Kevin Tan and Megaworld president Lourdes Gutierrez-Alfonso were the ones who personally turned-over the unit to Yulo.
Apart from the unit, Yulo is also gifted with Php 3 million cash incentives from Megaworld as the first Filipino athlete to win two gold medals. On the night of his arrival, he was awarded Php 20 million in a welcome ceremony at Malacañang.
