Talent reveals bad experience with a manager from TV5 in the program of Raffy Tulfo.
Another case of power abuse has been reported to the program of Raffy Tulfo and the host has called out TV5 due to this.
The TV5 show “Budol Alert” researcher has come forward to reveal the alleged offense from a program manager. The researcher came to the program of Raffy Tulfo to ask for help, a programs that airs in One News, a sister network of TV5.
Sandro Muhlach and GMA contractors is facing this same issue and currently, an alleged victim surfaced and revealed his story.
The allegation
The researcher started working last July 15 and the abuse happened at a hotel in Pasig on July 23. The alleged perpetrator was named – Cliff Gingco. He is the program manager of the News and Current Affairs department of TV5 network.
According to the victim, they went to this bar in Poblacion and he got drunk way too hard that when the act was done, he was too weak to even fight.
What happened was he was too drunk that he soaked himself in his own vomit and since they are both male, he never hesitated to take off his dirty shirt with the program manager just around.
When he was finally lying on the bed and already sleeping, he can feel someone is playing with his member but he was too weak from being drunk to defend himself.
“Pinipilit rin niya po na ipahawak yung a#i niya. Isinubo rin niya po yung sa akin,” the researcher narrated and he got emotional as he tried to recall what he can remember that night.
He tried to file a case against the manager but the police jurisdiction failed him. He and an investigator went to the hotel where the incident happened but the hotel manager was not cooperating.
He also reported the incident to the TV5 and TV5 News and Current Affairs Vice President Luchi Cruz-Valdes (LCV) was also made aware of this happening. However, he feels like the management is not doing anything to help him in his complaint.
Tulfo was mad after hearing this and called out the TV5. They tried to reach Gingco, however, he was advised by Ma’am LCV to not say anything on air. Tulfo stressed fairness among everyone especially when it comes to cases like this.
What he wants is to give the complainant justice and to have a proper investigation over this serious matter. He was so mad with everything that happened including the advise from the higher up to refuse airing any statement regarding this. He even challenged TV5 to remove him and he won’t care as his goal is to give justice to the victim.
“TV5, this is my request to you. Ayusin ninyo po ito. Investigate,” he said based on the video.
