In a coffee shop business, workers must be trained and expected to do standard personal hygiene like washing hands when handling foods, tying the hair, short nails, no pieces of jewelry worn, wearing clean protective clothing, and touching hair and face, picking nose, spitting, and chewing a gum are highly discouraged. It is a must for the staff to exemplify cleanliness.
In the video of Andi Eigenmann circulating, she was doing the work serving the customers of the cafe she owns, however, there are many things people online noted. In the comment section, people noticed that she was not wearing anything for hygiene like a face mask, gloves, or hair net. On top of that, she’s also wearing a sleeveless piece of clothing – no apron covering it.
Apart from these observations, she was also seen scratching her arm while serving coffee to her customers.
The commenters expressed dismay over these details but to some, things like this do not matter. For the uploader, it seems like he also did not mind and the detail such as scratching her arm was left unnoticed by him as he was more focus on Andi than the orders he made.
