PAGASA LATEST UPDATE – The state weather bureau reported that easterlies will bring scattered rain showers over parts of the country.

On Saturday (March 23, 2024), the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration released the latest weather update in the country. The easterlies will affect the country’s weather conditions.

PAGASA weather specialist Daniel James Villamil reported that easterlies will bring cloudy skies with scattered rain showers over parts of the country.

Villamil said that the weather agency officially announced the end of the Amihan season on Friday (March 22, 2024).

The easterlies will bring cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over Aurora, Quezon, and Camarines Norte.

The easterlies and localized thunderstorms will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms over Visayas, Palawan, including Kalayaan Islands, and Occidental Mindoro.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience similar weather conditions.
