Step 1
Visit the official website of the National Bureau of Investigation (clearance.nbi.gov.ph). On the homepage, you will be asked if you have an old NBI clearance issued from 2014 up to present. In case it is your first time to apply for the NBI clearance, tap/click “No”.
Sfter it, register for an account. Read the Terms of Services and tick the box if you agree with it then check the “I’m Not A Robot Box” and click/tap “Sign Up”.

Log in to your NBI account using that email address and the password that you entered during the registration for an account.

You will land on the Applicant Information page. Fill in the form and click “Save Information” once you are done. Review your details which will be suggested by a pop-up reminder. If everything is correct, click/tap SUBMIT.

After entering your personal information, look for the “Apply for Clearance” on the upper right corner of the screen and click/tap the button to begin the application process.
Provide the IDs that you will present on your scheduled appointment. You can choose from the list of the accepted ID in applying for an NBI Clearance. Click/Tap “I Agree” to proceed.

Set your NBI Clearance appointment by choosing your preferred branch, date, and time. The blue boxes in the appointment calendar indicate the vacant slots.
