Michelle Dee was eager to reach the question and answer portion in Miss Universe 2023

Filipina beauty queen Michelle Dee felt “panghihinayang” for not reaching the point where she could hold the microphone for the Miss Universe 2023 question and answer portion.

Michelle did a great job in representing the Philippines in the 72nd edition of the most prestigious beauty pageant in the world, pageant fans and former reigning queens attested to this.

The beauty queen-actress was already making a mark since the preliminary competition. For her final gown, she honored the oldest tattoo artist Apo Wang-Od in her outfit resembling the ethnic patterns.

Michelle Dee entered the TOP 10 but her name was not called for the TOP 5. Many Filipino pageant fans were dismayed by this. The TOP 5 finalists proceeded to the question and answer portion.

Previously, Michelle mentioned in an interview that she had been preparing for a year for the Q&A. She is known for her eloquence and how she is able to articulate her point with her words.

After the pageant, the Filipina beauty queen shared that it was a regretful thing that she was not able to hold the microphone to answer the question. “For Q&A sayang hindi ako nakahawak ng mic, If ever I had that moment walang butas!” she said in an interview with ABS-CBN’s correspondent Dyan Castillejo.

On the other hand, Michelle still believes that it is all about destiny. She is also thankful for her glam team, her family and everyone who helped her in her pageant journey.

Meanwhile, Michelle Dee shared that she was invited to go to Mexico after the Miss Universe 2023 pageant in El Salvador.
