An alleged expensive Binay house went viral on social media which features a high ceiling, generous use of woods and glass, and exquisie lighting became the latest viral hit on the internet for the past few days. The photos of the expensive house and the fixtures inside was allegedly belong to one of VP Binay’s family.

The viral photos was already featured in numerous website in the Philippines and according to the accompanying text of the house which was allegedly featured on the website of TELCS Lighting Design and Consultancy, the house reportedly belongs to “politician couple” Luis and Abigail Binay-Campos.
Although the original images were already removed from the website, netizens managed to save them, which already generated numerous memes online, featuring the words: “Bahay Binay: Mamatay kayo sa inggit.”
Based upon the viral images on social media, it shows several angles of the expensive house, featuring sleek designs, neutral colors and a number of artworks.

The alleged Binay House was a 375-square-meter, two-story “modern-contemporary inspired design residence,” it is located in San Lorenzo Village, Makati City, with a high-ceiling living room and mezzanine.
TELCS described using “custom-made suspended fixtures… for a more cozy effect.” Other devices used were “track lighting to achieve a flexible high-lighting of the big paintings and a welcoming art piece,” a slab ceiling to conceal wiring, and Eltako, a state-of-the-art wireless remote dimming system.
