A rescue cat turned unaffectionate to its fur parent “Sinagip at inalagaan, tapos paglaki madamot sa kiss?”
A Facebook user named Christine Requeza has shared the photo of her beloved pet cat that turned unaffectionate to her. The post quickly circulates online and elicits reactions from the netizens.
“Ayaw niya magpalambing at magpahalik. Nagagalit, aba minsan may libreng mga kalmot pa,” the fur mommy revealed.
Christine and her family discovered an orphaned cat named Coco in front of a building site in Polangui, Albay, four years ago. Recognizing Coco’s serious condition, they opted to bring him home and immediately brought him to a veterinarian for a check-up.
“Four years ago, we found Coco in front of a construction site in Polangui, Albay, He looked bad that day. He was crawling helplessly because of his back leg injury and his eyes were closed because of muta. He was trying to survive, and we cannot just leave him there. We brought him home, bathed him, gave him food and we took him to the vet,” Requeza said.
The cat slowly recovered through the love and care showed by the loving fur parent. Requeza considers Coco a courageous, healthy, and handsome cat who has enriched her life with joy.
In another news, a fur parent sells bracelets to fund pet cat’s surgery.
“I feel grateful to have had the opportunity to give him a forever home. He made me a better person. Coco is a brave, healthy and handsome cat. We love him so much,” she said.
