A nail salon in Atlanta, Georgia, became the scene of a daring robbery when an armed suspect barged in, demanding money from the customers and staff. Shockingly, the customers inside the salon seemed unfazed and ignored the robber’s demands, leaving him empty-handed.
The incident, captured on the salon’s CCTV camera, has garnered attention for its peculiar turn of events.
As the suspect entered the nail salon, he immediately began shouting, drawing attention to himself and indicating that he possessed a concealed object inside his bag.
However, to his surprise, the people inside the salon appeared oblivious to his presence and ignored his demands. Undeterred, the suspect ordered the salon patrons to lie down and hand over their money.
The customers refused to comply, the robber approached the cashier, who remained unfazed, casually attending to a phone call. This lack of response seemed to embolden the suspect further.
After failing to elicit a reaction from the customers and staff, the suspect turned his attention to a woman leaving the salon. He swiftly snatched her cellphone and left the premises without displaying any visible weapon.
Authorities are currently working on identifying the suspect with the help of the stolen phone.
In response to this robbery incident, a citizen’s group has stepped forward and offered a reward of $2,000 for information leading to the capture of the suspect.
