Actress Ana Jalandoni admits that she still seeks counseling.
ANA JALANDONI – Over a year after the tragic incident, Ana Jalandoni admits that she is still seeking counseling because of her trauma.
In a previous article, 32-year-old actress Ana Jalandoni vehemently denied that she and her ex-boyfriend Kit Thompson are together again. There were speculations about them but she refuted the claims saying it will not happen.
To recall, in March 2022, reports about her being rescued by the authorities in a hotel after being detained by the actor erupted online.
He kept her for a night and denied her any help from other people after physically hurting her. The incident caused her not only injuries that require surgery but also trauma.
But after everything that has happened, she forgave him but forgiving him doesn’t mean taking him back. They are now okay but she is pushing through the cases she filed against him.
“Wala naman po akong galit. Ni-let go, and let God ko na po ‘yun. Gusto ko na rin po mag-start para sa sarili ko. Hindi rin po makakatulong sa ‘kin kung may galit ako sa puso ko. Alam ko po may mapupuntahan na maayos ang lahat,” she said.
But over a year after the event, she remained haunted by this trauma. There are times that she’s overthinking some things because of what happened in her past.
In the report from PEP, she admitted that due to her overthinking, she sought counseling. She is still counseling but mentally and physically, she believes that she is okay.
She is still single but her heart is happy and at peace. Her focus is on her work and her businesses.
“Kasi hindi naman ako perfect. So, sometimes na nag-o-overthink ako, sa mga past na nangyari sa akin, so iyon,” she shared based on the report.
