PIA WURTZBACH WEDDING – Miss Universe Pia Wurtzbach got married in Seychelles and this is how much it costs to stay there.
Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach announced in a previous article that she is now married to Beautiful Destinations CEO Jeremy Jauncey. The announcement came as a big surprise to many as she’s been actually since March.
They had a silent and intimate wedding at North Island in Seychelles.
The former Miss Universe titleholder shared on her social media account a short video of some highlights from her intimate beach wedding and reception. Miss Universe 2016 Iris Mittenaere and Miss Universe 2020 Andrea Meza, congratulated Wurtzbach.
Other famous personalities also sent congratulatory messages to the newlyweds.
Now, how much does it cost to stay at their wedding destination?
North Island, Seychelles is “one of the world’s most exclusive private islands”. The private island features 11 private villas: ten Beachfront Villas and one Villa North Island. Guests have direct access to the waterfront and an “unparalleled sense of exclusivity and relaxation.”
The private island does not offer a wedding package but they do entertain customized plans of the couples who wish to tie the knot there. They have select experiences: a cocktail night at sunset by West Beach, a Michelin-star dinner in the privacy of your villa, and reserve the entire Island for sole use.
A week’s stay at North Island is 7,475 euros or Php 455,542.28 a night for a breakfast-inclusive rate. Marriott members get a discounted rate of 7,252 euros a night. For the Villa North Island, members are to pay 11,526 euros or Php 701,884.64 a night while non-members have to shell out 11,882 euros a night.
Now, multiply these figures by seven to determine how much it costs to stay there for a week.
