SB19 released a trailer for their new album
P-pop Kings SB19 shared what is like to work with actor-comedian Pepe Herrera for the trailer of their new album Pagtatag.
Pablo, Stell, Justine, Josh, and Ken are treating the A’tins with a six-track new album that is anticipated to be released on June 9. Based on the article in Inquirer, the first single will be dropped on May 19.
Reports surfaced that the quintet will showcase new genres and music styles as they continue the “Ikalawang Yugto” trilogy.
In the trailer that SB19 released, they were in a post-apocalyptic world and the resources are limited. They are trying to find a way to nourish the “binhi” that would “save the world.”
The P-pop Kings are joined by Pepe Herrera. In the five-minute-and-a-half video, they tried different ways to save the “binhi.” “Sa wakas, ang huling binhi ay nagbunga ng isang panibagong kabanata,” Pepe narrated in the video.
The group definitely had fun working with the actor-comedian. “Pepe Herrera is one of the actors that we truly admire. Though we were not able to spend much time with him, he was very professional. But there’s something about him that, even when he’s serious, [he still gives off] a funny vibe. It was very easy working with him. It was just a fun experience,” SB19 said.
Pablo, the leader, previously shared that in this album, they are offering different flavors and new experiences that their fans will truly love. Main vocalist Stell said that A’tins will have a “rollercoaster ride of emotions” hearing their new songs.
The quintet showcased their new looks as well in the trailer and this was previously hinted at by Justin.
