Around 11:30 p.m, the incident happened in Barangay San Pedro, where a homeowner shared footage showing a man lingering in front of their property. Many residents expressed concern about the man’s presence in the area during such a late hour.
According to the netizen who uploaded the CCTV image, the man was seen standing outside the gate and appeared to be observing the surroundings. Because of the unusual timing, the homeowner questioned whether the individual was visiting homes to ask for donations or solicit assistance.
Reports later indicated that the man claimed he was only conducting solicitation activities and had no harmful intentions.
