Xian Lim celebrated his 37th birthday
Kapuso actor Xian Lim shared this meaningful realization in life as he recently celebrated his birthday.
The actor, who is also a director, licensed commercial pilot, and musician, has been doing various projects in the entertainment industry. He had a successful loveteam partnership with Kapamilya actress-host Kim Chiu. From onscreen, they became a real-life couple.
Before their breakup, Xian already transferred to GMA with his first Kapuso series False Positive. Eventually, he ventured into filmmaking.
Xian Lim celebrated his 37th birthday on July 12, and he shared a meaningful post about this on Instagram.
He featured a cinematic video of one of his recentt milestones, being a licensed pilot. In his caption, he shared his life reflection.
“This past year has taught me one of the most important lessons I’ve learned so far. Life is all about finding balance and finding your center. It’s about the daily decisions to keep working on yourself,” the actor said.
Another thing he realized was that one should not chase butterflies, instead create a garden, and the butterflies will come. He also said that he wanted to focus on becoming a better person.
“I’m still a work in progress, and I think I always will be. But I’ve realized that life isn’t about landing the next job, reaching a certain number of “likes”/followers, or hitting another milestone. Those things come and go,” Xian stressed.
For him, the search for purpose is the fundamental framework for a deeply fulfilling life, transforming the daily routine into a meaningful mission.
“Here’s to another year of learning, growing, staying curious, and hopefully becoming a little kinder, a little wiser, and a little more useful than I was yesterday,” he added.
