Andrea Torres talked about her new series
Kapuso actress Andrea Torres revealed that she consulted her sibling, who is a doctor, for her role in the new series Code Grey.
Andrea took a break from doing teleserye for two years. She broke her TV series hiatus last year, through the teleserye titled Akusada.
This year, she portrays the character of a medical practitioner in the new Kapuso series. In a recent interview, based on the article in GMA Entertainment, Andrea talked about her new acting project.

The Kapuso actress revealed that she called her sibling, who is a doctor. Even though she and her co-stars, actor Kristoffer Martin, Asia’s Multimedia Star Alden Richards, along with other cast members, had training for their roles in the upcoming medical series, they still have a lot of challenges that they need to go through.
This is the reason why Andrea is so thankful to her sibling, who helps her, especially when it comes to difficult-to-pronounce medical terms.
“Grabe ‘yung mga medical terms talaga and dapat, siyempre, accurate. So laging merong consultant on set na nagche-check ng kilos namin, ng mga linya namin,” the actress shared.
She admitted that she called her sibling to ask some questions and for some help.

“Tinatanong ko talaga sa kanya kung tama ‘yung ‘pag-pronounce ko, kung tama rin ‘yung parang interpretation ko na magiging reaksyon ng doktor sa ganitong sitwasyon,” she said.
Despite the challenges in portraying their roles, Andrea Torres said that they have a good working environment on the set. She shared that some of the dramatic scenes became comedy off-camera.
“Para kaming barkada on set to the point na nilalapitan na talaga kami na ‘Wag muna kayo magsama-sama kasi kailangan na nating i-shoot ‘to,’” the actress shared.
After the director’s “cut,” they would laugh together, and “kuwentuhan” would always be there.
