LANS Calls Out Toxic Mindset Behind Online Attacks on Women
LANS – After being compared to other female creators on social media, LANS made it clear that she does not want her name used to shame or belittle fellow women.
Content creator Louise Anne Nagal, more popularly known as “LANS,” has spoken out against the growing online disrespect and insults directed at women, calling on netizens to change their mindset instead of judging others based on their appearance or content.
The educational content creator addressed the issue following a series of social media posts that compared her content to that of other female creators. Many online users described LANS’ educational videos as more respectable than content produced by women who choose to wear revealing outfits or showcase their bodies on social media.

Despite being praised in those comparisons, LANS made it clear that she does not support using her name to put down other women. In her latest Facebook post on Tuesday, June 23, she revealed that she has also experienced online harassment herself.
“Maging ako po mismo ay hindi rin nakaligtas sa pambabastos, tapos sasabihin ng iba yan sa ibang babae? wala rin pong sense,” said LANS.
She emphasized that growing her online following would never feel like a true achievement if it came at the expense of other women being criticized, compared, or belittled.
“Hindi po ako masaya na may mga kapwa babae na bina-bash, kinukumpara, o minamaliit gamit ang pangalan ko,” the content creator added.
LANS stressed that women should not have to conform to society’s expectations or standards just to deserve respect. According to her, respect should be given regardless of how a woman chooses to dress or express herself online.
She further explained, “The way we dress is never an invitation for disrespect. Hindi babae, hindi ang aming kasuotan, ang dapat pinapabago para itrato nang maayos. Ang pagiisip po ninyo sana ang ayusin.”

Her message quickly gained attention from social media users, with many praising her for promoting respect, kindness, and solidarity among women rather than encouraging comparisons and judgment.
LANS rose to popularity through her educational content, which she began creating in February 2025. Aside from being a content creator, she is currently pursuing a degree in veterinary medicine at the main campus of Cavite State University in Indang, Cavite.
Her statement serves as a reminder that true empowerment is not achieved by comparing women against one another, but by fostering respect, understanding, and support for every individual, regardless of their choices.
