Last year, Pilita Corrales died at the age of 85. She was dubbed Asia’s Queen of Songs, and many were heartbroken over the passing of the icon. Her career spanned six decades, and she was able to record over 130 albums in different languages, including Filipino, English, Spanish, and Cebuano.

Some of her most iconic songs are A Million Thanks to You, Usahay, Matud Nila, and Kapantay ay Langit.

Almost a year after she passed away, her house, located in Jackielou Ville, BF Homes, Parañaque City, has been put on sale. On March 14, 2026, a listing posted in the Facebook group House and Lot For Sale Metro Manila caught attention online and was called “Bahay Pilita Corrales,” under a rush sale arrangement priced at PHP 24 million.

The two-storey residence was built on a 446-square-meter lot with a 350-square-meter floor area. It has the following features:

  • Four spacious bedrooms
  • Four bathrooms
  • Semi-furnished interiors
  • Dedicated home office
  • Driver’s quarters with own toilet
  • Maid’s quarters with own toilet
  • Four-car garage
  • Solar heater
  • Water tank and motor

According to Manila Tribute, Jackielou Ville was named after her daughter, actress Jackielou Blanco, whose dad Gonzalo Blanco was the developer of the subdivision.

The home features a contemporary design with clean lines, neutral tones, and mixed textures. It has a wide gated entrance that leads to a covered driveway where multiple vehicles could fit, matching its four-car capacity.

Inside, the ground floor opens to a spacious living area with high ceilings and a mezzanine. Though mostly bare, the walls still hint at displays once dedicated to Pilita’s life and career. This design gave the space a subtle gallery feel.

The house’s layout flows seamlessly into a dining area and open kitchen with a central island, sleek cabinetry, and open shelving. It features large glass doors, bringing in natural light and connecting to the backyard.

Outside, a small garden with tropical plants adds contrast to the modern interiors.

Upstairs, a split-level staircase leads to an open landing overlooking the living area, plus a covered balcony with views of the surrounding greenery.
