Female Content Creator Expresses Dismay Over Small Portion of Fried Chicken from Fast-Food Chain
The female content creator was disappointed after receiving fried chicken that was much smaller compared to what is shown in commercials.
Recently, Jailli Blanco, a Facebook user, shared a photo of the fried chicken she ordered from a branch of a popular fast-food chain in the country. The post quickly went viral and gained various reactions from the online community.
Blanco ordered the fried from a branch of McDonald’s located at Gen. T. Deleon. She and her companions visited the restaurant one evening and ordered a three-piece chicken meal with rice and drinks.
They waited for more than 15 minutes before their food arrived, only to find that one piece of chicken was missing. She immediately approached the counter to report the issue.
The staff responded and assisted her, but she had to wait another several minutes before the missing piece was finally served. While the problem was resolved, her disappointment did not end there.
Jailli was surprised by how small the chicken pieces looked. She compared them to what is usually shown in advertisements and noted a big difference. For her, the serving did not meet her expectations, especially since she was already hungry and looking forward to a satisfying meal.
Some agreed that the portion sizes in real life do not always match what is seen in commercials, while others pointed out that experiences may vary depending on the branch.

“Share ko lang , last night kumain kami sa mcdo gen t. Deleon sa may behive plaza umorder ako ng 3pcs chicken with rice napo yun and drinks , nag antay siguro kami ng morethan 15mins bago dumating yung order namin , then nung chineck ko yung inorder ko kulang ng isang 1piece chicken , pumunta ako sa counter then sabi ko kulang yung inorder ko inassist naman agad ako kaso nag antay pako ng 5 or 10mins bago binigay sakin yung kulang na inorder ko , nagulat lang ako kasi yung commercial sa tv ang laki ng chicken tapos ung sinerved samin ang liit nadismaya talaga ako kasi parang kasing laki ng manok na tinitinda sa kanto ung manok ng mcdo my gosh .. 1st time lang to nangyari sakin sana next time hindi na maulit nakakadismaya talaga , yung tipong gutom kana tapos yung inexpect mo na order kakaiba haiszt”
