The surfacing of controversial videos of famous actors is reportedly an organized crime.
ACTORS CONTROVERSIAL VIDEOS—According to the initial investigation, the surfacing of the videos is an organized crime.
Andre Cue, Nico Locco, Nikko Natividad, Gil Cuerva, Ron Angeles, and Arron Villaflor are the actors who are currently in the middle of controversies after their private videos have surfaced online. They all condemned the leakage of the videos and sought legal help to receive the justice they deserve.

What happened was a clear violation of Republic Act No. 9995, also known as the Anti-Photo and Video Voyeurism Act.
In the initial investigation of the Cybercrime Investigation and Coordinating Center (CICC), the surfacing of the private videos could be an organized crime
Mentorque Productions film producer Bryan Diamante shared, “Nagulat ako dun sa mga impormasyong nakuha, because ah, initially, nakita namin na yun pala, itong mga aktor at mga personalidad, they were lured to have this intimate moment with this girl. Hindi nila alam na recorded pala.”
He revealed that early findings of the investigation were “shocking,” pointing to a scheme designed to entrap victims. This scheme victimizes both men and women, and there are accomplices who allegedly befriend or approach potential victims and introduce them.
The six actors mentioned are, so far, those who have already publicly addressed their alleged involvement in circulating videos.
“Grabe! I think they’re selling the videos last year pa ito, sa Telegram, twenty thousand to thirty thousand per video. And we found out na talagang intelihente ang pagkabuo, at hindi lang iilan ang talagang… organized crime talaga siya,” Bryan added.
Investigators also noted that the operation appears sophisticated, suggesting those behind it are experienced in avoiding detection. Some of the clips circulating online may even be secondary uploads, making it harder to trace the original source.
The CICC continues to handle complaints related to online fraud and cybercrimes.
