Ashtine Olviga shared her experience working with Claudine Barretto and Rufa Mae Quinto
Viva Artists Agency (VAA) Ashtine Olviga had the chance to work with Optimum Star Claudine Barretto and comedienne Rufa Mae Quinto.
Ashtine was able to share the same frame with the two older actresses in two separate episodes of Viva One Originals: Ashtine.
In a recent media conference for four new episodes of Viva One Originals: Ashtine, the young actress, was asked what she learned from Claudine, who was her co-star for the Bahay-Bahayan episode, and Rufa Mae, who joined her in the Who’s The Boss episode.

Ashtine Olviga shared that she learned from Rufa Mae Quinto to just enjoy herself on the set. She also shared that the comedienne was so relaxed, even though there were times when their schedules were delayed.
“Napapagaan niya at nawawala po ’yung problema sa set,” she said about Rufa Mae. With this, Ashtine said that it is really good to give positive energy to the people around.

When it comes to Claudine Barretto, the young actress said that the Optimum Star is indeed an icon. She also shared a particular instance during their shoot.
“Pinakana-amaze po ako nu’ng habang nagte-tape kami, may kailangang isarang door kasi kita sa camera. Since kaya na niya gawin, siya po nag-volunteer na magsara ng pinto. Natuwa po ako doon sa simple act na ’yon kung gaano pa rin siya ka-humble,” Ashtine shared.

The VAA talent also commended her co-star, Korean star Lee Dae Won, whome she worked in the episode titled My Melody.
Ashtine said that even though Dae Won was not having an easy time because of the language barrier, his willingness and eagerness to do his job were still there. She also mentioned singer-songwriter Rob Deniel. They worked together in the My Melody episode. The actress admired Rob, who was able to show his creative side.
