Rumor has it that Bela Padilla has a new love life
Kapamilya actress Bela Padilla maintained her silence when asked about her current relationship status.
Bela announced last year that she and Norman Ben Bay broke up. She met her Swiss ex-boyfriend when she was filming for Meet Me in St. Gallen in Switzerland.
In an interview back in September 2025, the actress shared that the major reason for the separation was her decision to move back to the Philippines. Bela stayed in London for a while, and she would just return to the Philippines if she had projects.
Bela Padilla admitted that the long-distance relationship was hard for her. She and Norman had a mature conversation regarding this, and he admitted that moving to the Philippines was not in his plans.
Just recently, based on the article in ABS-CBN Entertainment, a rumor surfaced that there’s a new man in Bela Padilla’s life. When asked about this, the actress was tight-lipped. She said that their relationship is still in its early stages.
Bela caught netizens’ attention on Instagram when she posted a bouquet of flowers from someone who wrote that loving her “feels easy.”
“It is too early to tell. Starting stages. baka ma-jinx. Wag muna, guys. I am just enjoying my life lang din muna,” the actress said. However, she stressed that she is ready for a new love life. She said that she has been single for more than a year now.
Meanwhile, Bela Padilla has a new movie titled A Special Memory with Carlo Aquino, who was also her leading man in the movie Meet Me In St. Gallen. During a recent media conference, Carlo teased that the movie would be heart-wrenching. He shared that for him, the most beautiful scene was when his character was sketching.
Bela shared that she had only watched four scenes, the ones she dubbed, but when she went home, she just stayed in her bed from 2 PM until 7 PM because it was too heavy for her.
