StarStruck First Ultimate Male Survivor Mark Herras returned to the dance floor after his emotional breakdown.
To recall, the online community was surprised when Mark shared a video on social media showing his vulnerability on February 5, 2025. The actor was crying, but there was no explanation as to why he was in that state.
Several showbiz personalities showed support for him, and some even offered prayers. Following that emotional breakdown, speculation surfaced that the actor was having problems with his partner, actress Nicole Donesa.
Breakup speculations circulated after netizens noticed that Mark Herras and his partner unfollowed each other on Instagram.
Two days after that emotional breakdown, the actor was seen performing at the Guadalupe Viejo Fiesta in Makati City. He was among the performers at Tawanan at Tugtugan 2026, based on the article in PEP.
Mark is considered Bad Boy ng Dance Floor, the moniker he earned after joining the Kapuso talent search years ago. The crowd cheered loudly when he danced to the tune of Average Joe, which was popular when he joined StarStruck.
The actor shared a video of his performance on his Facebook page, and netizens admired him for his professionalism, given that he performed despite what he went through a few days ago.
Last year, Mark Herras became a controversial topic on social media as well. It was because he was linked to singer Jojo Mendrez, after they were spotted together at a hotel lobby.
At that time, the actor said that he was hired to help Jojo promote his new song. However, Jojo, later on, filed a complaint against Mark after the actor’s alleged “pagbabanta” against him.
Eventually, Jojo withdrew his complaint against Mark. Then, the singer also hired Mark Herras’s fellow StarStruck star Rainier Castillo for his song promotions.
