The camp of Michelle Dee slammed this speculation
Atty. Maggie Abraham-Garduque, the lawyer of Kapuso stars Michelle Dee and Rhian Ramos, cried foul over the “3some” allegations.
The issue about Michelle “ang pao” that was allegedly taken by Rhian’s driver has become a trending topic on social media and showbiz news sites.
It was rumored that the contents of the red envelope that was taken by Bonifacio Tibayan Baro were “sensitive.” Because of this, several speculations regarding the content of the red envelope surfaced on social media.
Comments online speculated that what was inside the “ang pao” were allegedly “3some” images of Michelle Dee, Rhian Ramos, and Samantha Panlilio, who were accused by Bonifacio Baro of torture and illegal detention.
According to Baro, as shared by Victims Against Crime and Corruption (VACC) President Arsenio ‘Boy’ Evangelista, the ang pao contained “material film” that was worth P30 million. Reportedly, this was stated on Michelle’s blotter report.
Michelle and Rhian’s legal counsel, Atty. Maggie Abraham-Garduque was surprised by the rumors about it, based on the article in Abante Entertainment.
“Una na naming sinabi na ang laman nito ay sensitibong larawan. Pero gusto lang namin klaruhin na taliwas sa naglalabasan sa social media ay hindi ito threesome sex activity ng mga client namin,” the lawyer said.
She also asked the public not to have their prejudices without basis, as it would just tarnish the names of the celebrities.
“Masyado na pong nasira at nasaktan ang aming mga kliyente sa walang batayang akusasyon sa kanila na illegal detention at physical assault, ‘wag na po sana nating dagdagan (pa),” Michelle and Rhian’s legal counsel stressed.
However, Atty. Garduque did not clarify if they would file cyber libel complaints against netizens who spread this rumor online. A few days after this issue surfaced online, Samantha Panlilio’s camp released a statement.
