Rayver Cruz talked about working with Alden Richards
It is a dream come true for actor-dancer Rayver Cruz to be in a big project with Asia’s Multimedia Star Alden Richards.
Rayver has been in the entertainment industry for many years already. From his teenage years until now, he continues showcasing his talent, not just in acting but also on the dance floor.
Among his recent projects is being one of the judges in season 2 of GMA 7’s “Stars on The Floor” with Kapuso Primetime Queen Marian Rivera and Dance Trend Master Coach Jay.
Alden Richards is the show’s host. He and Rayven have been friends for a long time, but they have never actually worked together. Finally, they will be working together in the second season of the Kapuso show that showcases the dancing prowess of celebrities.
In a previous interview, Alden shared his thoughts on Rayver as a dancer. The Asia’s Multimedia Star commended the actor-dancer for his talent on the dance floor.
In a recent interview, based on the article in Bandera, Rayver expressed excitement to be in a project with Alden. “Ngayon lang kami nagkasama ni AR (Alden Richards) sa isang show,” Rayver said.
The boyfriend of Kapuso Limitless Star Julie Anne San Jose also said, “Before po kasi, most of the time, nagkakasama man kami sa isang show, pero hindi kami halos nagkikita o nagkakasabay. Dito kasi different, dahil siya ang mag-judge, ako magho-host!”
When the possibility of having a showdown when GMA 7’s dance reality competition returns because they are both good dancers, Rayver expressed optimism. He said that for sure, they will have some dance showdowns.
“Parang nai-imagine ko na kung ano mangyayari. Pipigilan ko na lang. Makulit kasi ako kapag nandiyan si Alden. Nakakatuwa talaga,” Rayver Cruz said, adding that Alden Richards is really a good dancer.
Rayver also said that he saw Alden’s dancing skills as he would always guest on his concerts.
