Bea Alonzo talked about her dream diamond
A-list actress Bea Alonzo shared her thoughts on the essence of diamonds and their value in her lifestyle.
Bea is one of the most successful actresses of her generation. With almost three decades in the entertainment industry, she managed her assets wisely. The actress was able to buy properties not just in the Philippines, including her farm in Zambales, but also abroad–her apartment in Spain.
She also owns many luxury items, including expensive pieces of jewelry. However, when it comes to her dream diamond, the actress said that she does not want to buy it.
As a brand ambassador for the local jeweler My Diamond, Bea Alonzo believed that diamond jewelry is a meaningful and practical investment, based on the article in PEP.
During the October 1, 2025, launch of the brand’s Holiday Collection at SM Mall of Asia, she shared how these precious stones have consistently played a vital role in her life’s most important moments.
“If I’m wearing a ruby-colored stone, I would wear it with something sexy, maybe a black dress. If it’s sapphire, I think it would go well with a white jumpsuit or a pantsuit. With emeralds, I love going monochromatic, pairing it with an emerald dress,” she shared.
When asked about a diamond piece she still desires to have, the actress playfully remarked that she does not want to buy it herself, but would rather have it given to her.
“Kung ano man yung dream na yun, siyempre ayokong bilhin. Gusto ko na lang ibigay [sa akin],” she jokingly said, and added, “Ano ba iyan, na-stress ako sa inyo. Alam ko yung ginagawa niyo.”
The actress is now in a relationship with Puregold CEO Vincent Co, and there had been rumors in the past that they had gotten engaged already. However, as of this writing, there’s no direct confirmation yet coming from the actress.
In a more serious tone, Bea Alonzo said that in the future she wants to own a diamond tennis bracelet. For her, it is fit for everyday use, and it is something that she can pass down to her loved ones someday.
