Sofronio Vasquez talked about his career
The Voice USA Season 26 winner Sofronio Vasquez talked about balancing his careers in the Philippines and the United States of America.
Sofronio has joined several amateur singing competitions, and he was given a chance to be one of the contestants of the famous televised singing competition in the Philippines, the Tawag ng Tanghalan on It’s Showtime.
Even though he did not win in that competition, it gave him the chance to learn and grow. Eventually, he found a chance to join The Voice USA, under which he was under Michael Buble as his mentor, who is also the producer of his first EP.

After weeks of competition and nerve-wracking performances, Sofronio Vasquez won, and Filipinos couldn’t be prouder of him. His win came with a contract, which meant that his singing career in the US would continue.
However, Sofronio also had several stints in the Philippines after winning the singing competition in the US. In a recent interview, based on the article in ABS-CBN Entertainment, the Pinoy singer shared how he balances his career here in the country and abroad.
“I just trust the process. Ano mauna, tatanggapin ko with full excitement and gratitude. Wherever I am called na may work,” Sofronio said. He will be having his Valentine’s concert titled Champions of the Heart. This is one of the upcoming stints he has in the Philippines.
The singer also shared that he is still working with the same management team in the U.S. Sofronio said that this group behind his career in the States is very supportive as he juggles commitments abroad and in the Philippines.

“I am still handled by the same team of Michael Buble. They are supportive. Basta huwag ko lang daw kalimutan events ko doon,” Sofronio shared.
Despite the warm welcome he received from his audience abroad, the singer said that it is still different performing for his Pinoy audience and doing shows with his fellow Pinoy artists.
“I love the American audience. Honestly. Pero mas gusto ko pa din kumanta kasama [Pinoys],” Sofronio Vasquez shared.
Aside from The Voice USA winner, the Champions of the Heart Valentine concert will also feature Martin Nievera, Jed Madela, Jona, and Klarisse De Guzman. This will be held at the Marriott Grand Ballroom in Pasay City on February 14.
