Brother of AJ Raval, Sean Raval, defended her sister against the people who criticized her because of her personal life.
At 17, AJ Raval had her first child. In a previous article, when she shared a heartfelt post for her eldest daughter, she expressed that it was hard, but her presence in her life brought out the strength she never thought she had in her.
To recall, Raval revealed that she has five (5) children, and three (3) of them are with her current partner, Aljur Abrenica. She gave birth to their youngest last September 2025.
Sean Raval, his brother, recently defended her in an interview. The 22-year-old newbie actor said he is aware of how rude social media can be, and as someone who knows what the truth is about his sister, he assumed that it has always been easy for people to judge someone they do not know.
It’s always one-sided.
He said, “Alam ko po ‘yung truth. Kapag binabasa ko po ‘yung mga comment, ang layo po sa katotohanan. Sinisiraan po nila ‘yung tao. Sa social media po, one-sided. Some people are judgmental. Nakaka-hurt.”
It’s painful for him as a brother for his sister to go through it, but he has always known her as someone who is strong. She has always faced her personal issues alone.
Regarding her honesty about her children, he said he is proud of her for being truthful. He described her as a sister who is fun to be with, adding that despite their showbiz status and living under the same roof, fame holds no value at home as they treat each other like a normal family.
“As a sister, she’s really fun to be with. Sa isang roof, walang showbiz-showbiz. We’re just having fun. Wala po kaming pinag-uusapang mga issue,” he shared.
