What makes Toni Gonzaga and Paul Soriano’s marriage last?
In a new video, actress-host Toni Gonzaga shares what she thinks is among the keys to making her marriage last long.
“Ang laki ng nagagawa ng paniniwala ng asawa. Your husband will become what you see in him. Kung nagsa-struggle yung partner natin, wag natin silang tignan kung ano yung sitwasyon nila ngayon. Tignan natin yung who they can be.”
Famous personality Toni Gonzaga once said this after many years of being married. To recall, she and director Paul Soriano have been married for over 10 years now, with two children. Based on what their social media photos portray, they are a happy couple with a happy marriage.
As a woman full of wisdom about life, love, and faith, she also once justified that a man, by nature, is a philanderer. She reasoned that when a man cheats, it is because another woman responds to his advances and actions, even though he is already in a committed relationship. Up to this day, her remarks continue to spark discussions among people.
Recently, in a new video, as a woman married for over a decade, she believes that the secret behind their marriage is the grace of God and “lots and lots of forgiveness.” This part of their video has gained attention online, as there has been a blind item circulating about a power couple whose marriage is now falling apart because of the husband’s cheating.
As per her line, “Marriage is a union of two forgivers… Kapag hindi mo na kayang mag-forgive, hindi mo na kayang mag-love.”

Last year, the couple renewed their vows in celebration of their wedding anniversary. They held this solemn celebration with their son and daughter.
