Kapuso actor Paolo Contis admitted that he has made a lot of mistakes in his personal life.

Paolo had his fair share of controversies and issues in the entertainment industry, especially when it comes to his love life, his breakup with his ex-partners, and his relationships with his children.

This year, one good thing happened in his life. A reconciliation happened between him and his ex-wife, Lian Paz, with their two daughters.

In a recent interview on Your Honor, Paolo Contis admitted that he has made a lot of mistakes. He also said that at some point, he could have justified the wrong that he had done.

“Never kong sinabi na wala akong mali ah. Ang dami kong mali, saka ‘yun ‘yung process ng mga relasyon di ba. Kaya lang hindi sa lahat ng panahon tama ako. Pwedeng naja-justify ko ang mali ko, pero it doesn’t mean I’m right. At alam ko ‘yon,” the Kapuso actor admitted.

Paolo stressed that he was never proud of those mistakes. “Hindi ko siya jina-justify, but it just happens. It could happen once, it could happen twice, at sinasabi nila ang pagkakamali,” he said.

He added that after a mistake was made three times, it’s already a choice, but definitely still a mistake. Paolo knows that as time goes by, the consequences become bigger, and he feels that.

“Ang daming naging mali sa buhay ko at maraming bagay ang hindi ko na maibabalik. But what can I do? I have to move forward and bumawi,” the actor said.

Paolo also shared that during tough times, he would always go to his mom. His former talent manager, the late Lolit Solis, was also a big part of his life. Her opinions mattered to him. He also shared that their fights were like comedy, and because of this, there was no emotional baggage.

When it comes to his mom, it was a different thing. If his mom was hurt by what he did, this tormented him as well.
