Mixed Oil Price Changes Expected on Tuesday (November 25, 2025), Gas Stations Say
FUEL PRICE UPDATE – Several gasoline stations in the country are expected to implement mixed oil price changes starting this week.
As the month of November ends, drivers can expect another round of mixed fuel price changes, with gasoline getting a slight price cut while diesel and kerosene continue to move upward. Several major fuel companies confirmed that the new rates will take effect on Tuesday, (November 25, 2025).
Shell Pilipinas will lower gasoline prices by P0.20 per liter, while diesel will increase by P0.60 and kerosene by P1.30. Cleanfuel and Petrogazz will follow the same adjustments, although Cleanfuel does not offer kerosene.
Seaoil will also implement similar changes, with some of its branches applying the new prices as early as past midnight.
The looming price changes come after weeks of steady increases in pump prices. Gasoline had been climbing for six straight weeks, while diesel is now seeing its fourth consecutive hike. Despite the slight relief for gasoline, many consumers will still feel the impact of the continuing rise in other products.
The Department of Energy noted that shifting global market conditions has led to these mixed adjustments.
However, diesel and kerosene remain affected by supply challenges in other parts of the world. Maintenance work and unexpected shutdowns in Northeast Asian refineries have limited production, while Chinese exports have also decreased.
The ongoing disruptions in Russian supply have added further strain, keeping prices elevated for these products.
Last week alone, prices rose by P0.50 for gasoline and P1.00 for diesel. Based on current figures, year-to-date adjustments show substantial increases for all major fuels. Motorists are encouraged to check local station advisories for exact schedules as companies roll out the new rates nationwide.
