The TOP 30 in Miss Universe 2025 were chosen
One hundred twenty candidates were vying for the Miss Universe 2025 crown, and only one worthy woman will wear this.
MU is one of the most prestigious pageants around the world. Over the years, pageant fans have been very supportive of their candidates. For some countries, this has become a part of their culture, like in the Philippines.
Pinoy pageant fans were all-out in support of this year’s representative, Ahtisa Manalo, who is known as a pageant veteran. In 2018, she won the Miss International Philippines and represented the country in the international pageant, where she placed first runner-up.
Ahtisa joined the Miss Universe Philippines pageant in 2024. She placed second runner-up and represented the country at Miss Cosmo 2024, and finished it as part of Top 10.
This year, she tried her luck once again. Joining the MUPH 2025, she was crowned and represented the country in the 74th edition of Miss Universe, held in Thailand.
Following the preliminary competitions, candidates faced the biggest challenge, impressing the judges for the coronation show on November 21. From 120 candidates, the Miss Universe 2025 TOP 30 were chosen, based on their performance in the prelims.

American stand-up comedian and actor Steve Byrne was chosen to be this year’s pageant host, while Miss Universe 1993 Dayanara Torres and Miss Universe 2022 R’Bonney Gabriel will be the commentary hosts.
