Toni Gonzaga prays for the country.
As Super Typhoon Uwan battered most of Luzon, actress-host Toni Gonzaga shared her heartfelt prayer for the country.
As of this writing, Super Typhoon Uwan and Typhoon Tino have left Luzon and Visayas in a devastating state. A lot of people died and were evacuated. A lot of people also lost their homes, and now that the threats from both strong typhoons have been lifted, the victims are now reeling from huge losses, shortages, power outages, and network issues.

Uwan, as a super typhoon, had sustained winds of around 185 km/h (115mph) and gusts of 230km/h (143mph). The eye of the storm hit Aurora province in Luzon, and this occurred just days after Typhoon Tino, which left nearly 200 people dead.
In a social media post, actress-host Toni Gonzaga shared her heartfelt prayer for the country. Through an Instagram story, she shared the massive diameter of Uwan in comparison to the diameter of Typhoon Yolanda in 2013.
She wrote in her post, “God pls spare the Philippines. Save our country from this typhoon.”
