Here’s an update about Typhoon Tino based on the latest weather bulletin from PAGASA.
TYPHOON UPDATE TINO – PAGASA released the latest bulletin about the typhoon after it battered several parts of the country.
Typhoon Tino (international name: Kalmaegi) has battered several parts of the country, and Cebu has been badly hit during its onslaught. Several areas across the country were put under Signal No. 4, the highest wind signal hoisted during its passage.

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) just released a new bulletin about Typhoon Tino. In the agency’s 5 PM update, several areas are still under Signal No. 1 and 2.
At 4 PM, the center of the eye was at 330 km East Northeast of Pag-asa Island, Kalayaan, Palawan (12.2°N, 117.1°E).

In the forecast, Tino will continue moving west northwestward over the West Philippine Sea and exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility tonight or tomorrow (06 November) early morning. It may re-intensify in the next 12 hours and may reach its peak intensity while over the West Philippine Sea.
Based on the latest records, Tino’s death toll in Cebu climbed to 92, while there were 13 deaths in Negros Occidental.
