Former Presidential Spox Harry Roque Says Pres. Bongbong Marcos Must Resign
HARRY ROQUE – Duterte’s former Spokesman called on President Bongbong Marcos to voluntarily step down from the presidency.
Following the “Trillion Peso March” last September 21 which was joined by thousands of Filipinos who call for an end to corruption, protest actions were recently conducted in some areas in Luzon including the anti-Marcos rally led by Cavite Congressman Kiko Barzaga outside Forbes Park in Makati City.

Amid the recent protest actions, Duterte’s former spokesman Harry Roque expressed a call for ‘People Power’ on social media. He claimed that Pres. Bongbong Marcos needs to step down now. He also stressed that nothing will happen to the Philippines if the corruption allegedly under Marcos Jr.’s leadership will go on.
Roque urged the Filipinos to join the street protests and insist the resignation of the President. He also gave a message for the Chief Executive.

Through a post on social media, Harry Roque told Pres. Bongbong Marcos to listen as he claimed that the Filipino people drove out their family once and it is allegedly happening again. He asked the President why he allegedly keeps on insistiong himself in the presidency.

“Marcos Jr. ikaw makinig ka. Sinuka na kayo nung minsan ng taong-bayan, sinusuka na naman kayo ngayon. Ano ba naman ‘yang napaka-kapal mo pinagpipilitan mo pa ang sarili mo diyan,” he said.
According to Harry Roque, the alleged best thing that Pres. Bongbong Marcos can do is to step down from being the country’s leader. Duterte’s former Spox claimed that the Filipino people allegedly knows that Marcos Jr. can no longer lead the country.
“Kung gusto mo na magkaroon pa ng kahit anong awa ang taumbayan sa inyong pamilya, bumaba ka ng mapayapa diyan. ‘Yan ang pinakamaganda mong gawin dahil talagang alam namin hindi mo naman kaya mamuno na,” he said.

Based on the post, Harry Roque also claimed that the Filipino people allegedly knows that Marcos Jr. is supposedly not in the right mental state. Acording to him, the people might be able to forgive him if he would voluntary resign from being the president of the country.
Amid the call for the resignation of the Chief Executive, Harry Roque previously stressed that Senator Imee Marcos is still not calling for the resignation of PBBM.
