According to CSC Examination Announcement No. 05, series of 2025, the August 2025 Civil Service Exam Results will be out on October 18, 2025. However, CSE takers should expect that the August 2025 CSC Exam Results might be released earlier or later than the expected date.

CSC RESULT SUMMARY

CSC has announced that the results of the August 2025 Civil Service Exam will be available online starting October 25, 2025, through the Online Civil Service Exam Result Generation System (OCSERGS). Both passers and non-passers can view their results using this platform.

Examinees are reminded that no printed copies or rating reports will be sent by mail. Instead, they must visit the OCSERGS website and correctly enter their personal details and examination information to access their results.

Successful examinees are advised to request their Certificate of Eligibility (COE) printed on the CSC’s official letterhead a few weeks after the results are released. This certificate is issued free of charge by the CSC Regional or Field Office where the exam was taken.

Passers are encouraged to check first if their COE is ready before visiting the office to claim it. To claim the certificate, bring a valid ID (preferably the same one used during the exam), along with the application receipt or official CSC receipt.

Those who wish to obtain a COE printed on security paper may do so for a minimal fee. This type of certificate, along with its authenticated copy, can be requested from any of the 16 CSC Regional Offices nationwide, regardless of where the exam was taken.

The CSC also reminded examinees of the exam structure: the Professional Level exam consisted of 170 items to be completed within 3 hours and 10 minutes, while the Subprofessional Level exam had 165 items with a 2-hour and 40-minute time limit.
