Lahat extreme, e, so hindi ko napipigilan na parang intensely sobrang saya ko. Sa sobrang saya ako, naiiyak talaga ako,” the Kapuso actress shared.

At times, she would just find herself getting annoyed with her husband. She shared that usually, she was not “pikon” or hot-tempered, even though it is a known fact that Mikael loves to joke. However, after giving birth, this changed. She would immediately get irritated and would snap.

After getting mad at her husband, Megan said that she would realize that she overreacted and would say sorry to Mikael.

Thankfully, tinulungan niya ako doon sa pag-process ng emotions na ‘yon–whether extreme happiness, extreme sadness, or extreme anger–during those times,” the actress said.

With this, Megan said that in the first two months, she had to really feel her emotions and everything she was feeling. She was thankful that her husband was very supportive of her while she was going through this phase.

Patience and open communication helped her a lot in navigating her emotions. Megan Young shared that before, she would keep what she really felt from her husband. However, one thing she learned from Mikael Daez was to talk things out in order to iron things out.
