Vico Sotto shared this post about a former Pasig City Councilor
Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto slammed former councilor Junjun Concepcion, a partymate of Sarah Discaya, for joining the anti-corruption rally.
Sarah, a known businesswoman who is now being linked to anomalous flood control projects, decided to run against Mayor Vico in the May 2025 elections. Her husband, Curlee Discaya, even filed a disqualification case against the incumbent mayor.
Mayor Vico said that he was the one who had the right to file a disqualification case against Discaya because she was still using her British passport. It was later found out that the businesswoman was a first-time voter.

The Discaya couple is now part of the Senate inquiry on anomalous flood control projects. Prior to this, their lavish lifestyle, with 38 luxury cars and various properties, was revealed.
On September 21, Filipinos from different walks of life gathered on the streets to protest against corruption. This was joined by ordinary workers, youth groups, celebrities, and prominent personalities in various fields.
Junjun Concepcion also joined the rally based on his social media post. On his Facebook page, he shared photos from the rally and a photo in which he was in a restaurant with his family.

“Nagutom after makiisa sa “Laban sa Katiwalian Rally,” he wrote in the caption of his post and included the place “Edsa Shrine.”
Mayor Vico Sotto reposted this on his Instagram page, and in his caption, he asked the former councilor about the other issues.
“Ok pero ano ang masasabi mo tungkol sa 3 percent infra SOP ng SP noon, SP yellow paper. Brgy ghosts, POGO lagay, Discaya/SGC ill-gotten wealth na pinakikinabangan ninyo?” the Mayor said.

Then, in the next Story, Mayor Vico shared a photo of comedian Michael V’s character, Mister Assimo, who popularized the line, “Hiyang-hiya naman ako sayo no!”
