Bato dela Rosa had this expression while talking with Jinggoy Estrada
Senator Ronald Bato dela Rosa allegedly cursed while looking at his fellow lawmaker, Senator Kiko Pangilinan.
Dela Rosa’s political career started in 2019 when he ran for Senator after serving as the chief of the Philippine National Police under the administration of former President Rodrigo Duterte.
The former PNP chief is a known ally of FPRRD. This was one of the reasons why he was also being linked to the controversial war on drugs program of the former President.
Just recently, another issue surfaced against the policeman-turned-politician. A post on Reddit by @Automatic_Street3118 under r/pinoy claimed that Sen. Bato dela Rosa cursed while looking at Sen. Kiko Pangilinan.
Allegedly, this happened after Pangilinan mentioned the PDAF (Priority Development Assistance Fund) / pork barrel scam involving Janet Napoles. It was said that Sen. Jinggoy Estrada confronted Pangilinan. To recall, Estrada was also linked to this controversy.
Then, the caption of the post stated that Estrada approached Dela Rosa. At the same time, Estrada was saying something to Dela Rosa, the latter allegedly cursed while looking at Pangilinan. Si Kiko [Pangilinan] ang kasalukuyang chairman ng Ethics Committe sa Senado,” the caption added.
In the comment section, a netizen said that this was something he/she also noticed. Some netizens criticized Senators Bato dela Rosa and Jinggoy Estrada. As of this writing, Dela Rosa has not yet spoken about this allegation against him.
Meanwhile, Dela Rosa recently had a fierce statement against Senate President Tito Sotto. The former accused the latter of making the Senate look like a TV show. It is known to many that Sotto is one of the hosts of the longest-running noontime show, Eat Bulaga. Dela Rosa also accused Sotto of being under former House Speaker Martin Romualdez.
