Gerald Anderson Tries To Win Julia Barretto Back?

Is it true that Gerald Anderson is not yet giving up his relationship with Julia Barretto?

Rumor has it that Kapamilya actor Gerald Anderson is still trying to win actress Julia Barretto back.

On September 18, Gerald and Julia’s managements, Star Magic and Viva Artist Agency, respectively, released statements confirming their breakup. Rumors about the status of their relationship had been circulating since May this year.

At first, there was denial from both camps, but the breakup speculations continued to linger, and then, the confirmation came, which was no surprise already for many netizens and showbiz enthusiasts.

In a recent episode of Showbiz Update, the YouTube showbiz talk show of talent manager-vlogger Ogie Diaz, based on the article in Bandera, he mentioned that Gerald Anderson is still expecting that he and Julia Barretto will get back together.

“Ibinalita naman natin ‘yan dito na trying si Gerald to win her back kasi nga nandito pa ‘yung mga eksenang si Gerald ay pumupunta pa rin sa subdivision kung saan nandoon si Julia pero hindi siya pinapapasok nga ng guard dahil may advise na si ‘Ge ay hindi papasukin du’n (subdivision),” the talent manager-vlogger said.

With this, his co-host Dyosa Pockoh said that it meant that Gerald made a mistake, which was why he was trying to win Julia back. Then, Mama Loi asked what was Gerald’s mistake.

Ogie tried to evade the question but when persuaded, he said, “Hindi nga, may mga nababalitaan tayong may third party na madalas daw kinikita ni Gerald, o nanonood ng laro si Gerald ni Vanie Gandler.“

The actor has been linked to the volleyball player. Ogie added that Vanie’s friends wondered why she was that close to Gerald. Then, the talent manager-vlogger said that he thinks that Gerald and Vanie are just friends.

However, Ogie said that Julia learned that Gerald was visiting Vanie at the gym. Regarding rumors linking Julia to businessman Lucas Lorenzo, Ogie said that, according to his source, the actress tried not to entertain her suitor while she and Gerald were still trying to make their relationship work.
