Previously, Kapuso actress Barbie Forteza made headlines due to her rumored romance with Jameson Blake and her recent public sighting with ex-boyfriend Jak Roberto. What people were more curious about was her real score with Jameson, and this began after they were spotted together several times in various running events and were even holding hands.
In a previous article, Jameson explained and set the record straight about their relationship. He said, “We’re just friends. It’s too early pa. I enjoy my time with her. She’s really nice and very professional din.”
Sticking to this statement, in a recent interview, Blake shared that he is enjoying his time knowing Forteza, and that amid the ongoing buzz about their real score, he described her as his source of happiness.
“We all deserve to be happy, masaya ako. Siya nagpapasaya sa akin,” he said. The actor did not confirm their relationship, but they have grown closer since. He highlighted that the main part was where two people complement each other, make each other happy, laugh together, and share common interests.
For him, Barbie was a completely different person on and off camera—sweet and kind in real life, yet transforming into someone else entirely when in front of the camera.
“I respect her, she is very professional. I look up to her, that is my first impression ko sa kanya. She is very respectful, mabait, and very talented. Nakikita natin,” Blake said in an interview.
They developed a bond through shared interests, beginning with their love for reading. He mentioned that she enjoys books and also likes running, which connects well with him since he is also into fitness.
