A Quezon City man who won the P 20,523,660.60 million Mega Lotto Jackpot reportedly dream of winning numbers.
The PCSO Lotto refers to the official lottery games run by the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO).
PCSO is a government agency in the Philippines that raises funds for health programs, medical assistance, and various charity projects. One of its main sources of revenue is its lottery operations, popularly known as Lotto.
Recently, a man from Quezon City is the newest millionaire after winning the P20,523,660.60 jackpot prize in the Mega Lotto 6/45 draw held on August 25, 2025. What makes his story even more remarkable is that he claimed he dreamt of the winning numbers months before the draw.
The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) confirmed that the lone bettor matched the winning combination of 40-05-16-03-20-27. The lucky ticket was purchased at a lotto outlet in Barangay Payatas B, Quezon City.
According to PCSO, the winner, who runs a small business, shared that back in May he had a dream about the exact set of numbers. Since then, he consistently placed bets using the same combination until it finally turned out to be the winning one.
