Michael V unlocked a new character
Seasoned comedian Michael V as Ciala Dismaya, his new charcter in the longest-running gag show Bubble Gang, amused netizens.
Michael, also known as Bitoy, is one of the most respected personalities when it comes to comedy. Aside from being a comedian, he also serves as the creative director of his shows.
He is the star in his long-running sitcom Pepito Manaloto aside from the weekly BBL with Paolo Contis, Chariz Solomon, and many more.
Just recently, amid the hot issue about the alleged anomalous flood controversial projects, Michael V unlocked a new character for his gag show and it is Ciala Dismaya.
Apparently, this was connected to businesswoman Sarah Discaya who was invited to the Senate Blie Ribbon Committee hearing about the supposed ghost projects.
“HEARING ONGOING…Abangan ang kanyang mga sasabihin sa hearing ngayong Linggo, September 14, 6:10 PM,” the post on GMA Network’s Instagram page stated.
In the comment section of the post, Bitoy wrote, “Ciala Dismaya is with Curly,'” a word play for Sarah Discaya’s husband Curlee Discaya. He tagged Kokoy de Santos, who is known for his curly hair.
Many netizens aldo expressed amusement to this new characters of Bitoy, while some pointed out that the impersonation was on point
Concert Director Paolo Valenciano also wrote a funny comment. “English accent pls,” the son of Mr. Pure Energy, Gary Valenciano, said. Here are some comments.
Apparently, that comment from Paolo was because of Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto’s statement that Discaya is a British Citizen.
To recall, Sarah Discaya ran for mayor in the 2025 midterm elections, the opponent of Mayor Vico. A disqualification case was filed by Sarah’s husband, Curlee Discaya. Mayor Vico mentioned that he was the one who had the right to file a disqualification case because his opponent was still using his British passport.
