Pres. Bongbong Marcos Visits Riverwall Gov’t Deal in Baliuag, Bulacan
BONGBONG MARCOS – The President admitted his anger over the P55-million “fully-paid” ‘ghost’ riverwall project in Bulacan.
Pres. Marcos is visibly focused in checking and investigating the different government projects in the Philippines now. He previously claimed that it is really different to go and see a project or a government office by himself as the reports may sometimes tell different.

Recently, following several parts of the Philippines left in flooding by the Southwest Monsoon and the wrath of tropical storms Crising, Dante, and Emong, Marcos Jr. revealed during a press conference that the country has spent over P500 billion already for the flood control projects since July 2022 to May 2025.
Pres. Bongbong Marcos also confirmed that there are flood control deal contractors that are under the investigation of his administration for having deals in almost all regions in the country. He also named the 15 contractors who got 20% of the total P545-billion government flood control deals.

According to Pres. Bongbong Marcos, here are the 15 contractors who got 20% of the P545-billion flood control projects of the government:
- Legacy Construction Corporation
- Alpha & Omega Gen. Contractor & Development Corp.
- St. Timothy Construction Corporation
- QM Builders
- EGB Construction Corporation
- Topnotch Catalyst Builders Inc.
- Centerways Construction and Development Inc.
- Sunwest, Inc.
- Hi-Tone Construction & Development Corp.
- Triple 8 Construction & Supply, Inc.
- Royal Crown Monarch Construction & Supplies Corp.
- Wawao Builders
- MG Samidan Construction
- L.R. Tiqui Builders, Inc.
- Road Edge Trading & Development Services
Marcos Jr. cited the Legacy Construction Corporation, the Alpha & Omega Gen. Contractor & Development Corp., the St. Timothy Construction Corporation, the EGB Construction Corporation, and the Road Edge Trading & Development Services as the flood control deal contractors with government projects in almost all regions.
Recently, Pres. Bongbong Marcos also visited the ‘ghost’ riverwall project in Baliuag, Bulacan. Based on a report on ABS-CBN News, the President admitted his anger to find nothing there despite the P55-million “fully paid” deal for the riverwall.

Based on the report, the 220 meter-structure was supposedly set to be built in Bgy. Piel, Baliuag, Bulacan. The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) said the project construction was supposed to start last February but there was nothing there when the President visited the area.
“Walang ginawa kahit isang araw hindi nagtrabaho. Kahit puntahan niyo, wala kayong makikita na kahit ano. Pero ito ang ginagawa nila talagang nakakapinsala pa sa mga local residents. So yes, I’m not disappointed, I’m angry,” Marcos said.
Based on the report, there were receipts showing that the P55-million ‘ghost’ riverwall project in Bulacan has been fully-paid. Pres. Bongbong Marcos vowed to file charges against contractors and individuals involved in fictitious government deals.
Previously, Pres. Bongbong Marcos launched the Sumbong sa Pangulo website where the public can send reports about the flood control projects in their area. The Chief Executive vowed that he will personally read the reports one-by-one.
