In a message, Lian Paz expressed her happiness over the recent development in her daughters’ lives.
Kapuso actor Paolo Contis has reunited with his daughters, and Lian Paz has this reaction over the recent events in their lives.
Being part of a blended family can be a complex and challenging situation, but it also reflects your open-mindedness, understanding, and acceptance. It shows that you recognize not everything goes as planned, and sometimes, life calls for taking a different path, one that requires forgiveness, healing, and willingness to embrace a big change.
Recently, people online were happy to see that actor Paolo Contis has finally reunited with his daughters, Xonia Aitana (born March 2010) and Xalene Abrianna (born March 2011). They are his daughters with Lian Paz, whom he has not seen for many years.
In an appreciation post, Contis thanked Paz for making the reunion possible and for talking it out with her current partner to allow the children to see him again. He is also thankful to John for his kindness and understanding in making the moment possible.
He expressed a message to John and thanked him for taking care of his daughters during the years that he was not present in their lives.
Recently, in a report from PEP, Paz reacted to the reunion of her daughters with their father and expressed that she is happy for this recent development in their lives. She was emotional, but she believed that it was meant to happen, not for her, John, or Paolo, but for her daughters.
“This is all because of God and His love for us. Only God can turn pain into joy and heal our hearts. I want my children to see God’s hand in everything sa buhay namin,” she said as she expressed her faith. She believes in the beauty of the story God has woven for them, and she wanted her daughters to see the story as a testimony of God’s love for all of them.
She added that despite the separation and the complicated relationship with Contis that followed and lasted for years, not once did she ever teach their daughters to harbor anger or resentment toward their father.
“I have always hoped also for Paolo to have a good life because he’s the father of Xonia and Xalene. I never taught my children to hate their father no matter what,” she expressed.
